This page outlines the payment procedures, refund conditions, cancellation rules, and service delivery terms applicable to all Yoga and Ayurveda courses, consultations, and online programs offered by Vishuddhi Isha Yoga & Ayurveda.
Enrollment in any program implies acceptance of all terms stated on this page.
Payment & Registration Process
How to Make a Payment
- Payments can be made securely through the website payment gateway by clicking “Pay Now”.
- Applicants may email to request an invoice after confirming registration.
- Automated receipts are generated for online card payments.
- Final acknowledgment is issued after funds are credited to our Indian bank account.
International Payment Processing Time
- International payments may take 5–7 working days.
- Applicants are requested to wait 7 business days before inquiring.
- Courses commence only after payment confirmation.
Registration Payment Plans
Residential Yoga & Ayurveda Courses (India)
- €350 online registration fee for courses priced above €500.
- Full payment required for courses priced below €550.
- Remaining balance payable in cash on arrival.
Online Courses & Consultations
- Full payment required online.
- No partial or pending payments accepted.
Exchange Rate Policy
- The exchange rate on the date of first online payment remains fixed.
- Spot exchange rate applies to all subsequent payments.

Refunds & Cancellations
Residential Courses (Goa)
- Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deferral Policy
- Allowed only for serious illness or bereavement.
- Approval required within 60 days.
- Deferral fee: €350 (waived before course start).
Cancellation After Arrival
- Full refund within 24 hours (excluding registration fee).
- 25% deduction if cancelled within first 3 days.
- No refund after 3 days.
Online Courses & Consultations
No refunds after payment confirmation for any online program or consultation.
Institution-Initiated Cancellations
- Full refund issued if the institution cancels a course.
- Bank and currency charges may be deducted.
Course & Service Delivery
- Residential services commence only after payment and registration completion.
- Online access is released after full payment confirmation.
