We run different courses at specific venues, so check the accommodation option only for the location you are attending. Once you register with us, you book your accommodation directly with our venue partner — we will guide you by email at the time of registration.

Accommodation at Bens Inn is arranged within serviced apartments, twin sharing, single non sharing rooms, Once your registration is confirmed, our team will connect you directly with the venue partner's manager, who will help you select and confirm your preferred room type. As room availability is limited during the peak January and February season, we recommend finalising your choice early.
Please note: Accommodation is subject to availability. If our partner venues are full — especially during January, which are super peak months in Goa — we will offer you available alternatives.

- Accommodation is confirmed after registrationBook your stay directly with our venue partner. We will guide you by email once you register.
- Taxi fares are not meteredAgree the price before you start, or use a prepaid counter or app cab.
- Weather from November to MarchThe season is mostly dry and sunny, with warm days. Pack light cotton clothes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and a light layer for early mornings.
- Cash and UPIKeep some cash and a UPI app handy for taxis and small local shops.
- Share your travel detailsMessage us your flight or train number and arrival time before you leave home.
- Book flexible ticketsFlights into Mopa and Dabolim differ in price and timings, so compare both before you book.
- Peak season planningJanuary and February are super peak months in Goa. Book flights and stays as early as you can.
