The 5-Day Ayurveda Life Reset: Learn to Read Your Body’s Patterns

Stop collecting health tips.
Start understanding your patterns.
A 5-day live Ayurveda Life Reset immersion that teaches you to reason the way Ayurveda reasons — not another list of remedies to memorise.
15+ years teaching · Advanced Diploma in Ayurveda (Kerala, Kannur) · Practice-led, evidence-informed curriculum
Maybe the problem was never information.
You already know an extraordinary amount about health.
You know sleep matters. You know movement matters. You know vegetables are probably a good idea.
And yet intelligent, well-informed people still repeat behaviours they know aren’t helping.
Maybe nobody taught you how to observe yourself.
That’s what the next five days are for — not another list of rules, but the ability to see your own patterns clearly enough to actually change them.
Because an herb is not a diagnosis. A protocol is not a person. A symptom is not the whole case.
The 5-Day Arc
Each day builds on the last — from observation to reasoning to integration.

Your Body Isn’t Confused. You Haven’t Learned to Read the Pattern.
Observation
Learn to observe before you intervene. An honest introduction to Prakriti and Vikriti, and to Agni — without reducing it to “just stomach acid.”
Food Is Not Just What’s on the Plate
Ahara Vidhi
The same meal isn’t the same event for two different people. Learn Ayurvedic nutrition principles through Ahara Vidhi — quantity, timing, preparation, and context, not just ingredients.
Your Body Isn’t Confused. Your Schedule Is.
Dinacharya
Dinacharya, rescued from Instagram. Why your day runs as one connected system, where a rushed morning can quietly decide how you sleep that night.
Stop Memorising Ayurveda. Learn to Reason.
Reasoning Model
The Vishuddhi Reasoning Model: Observe → Contextualise → Interpret → Adapt → Reassess. A reusable framework for any health question — plus where self-education ends and medical evaluation begins.
You Came for Health Tips. You May Have Discovered a Discipline.
Integration
Integration. Put the whole week together through a live case, then an honest, pressure-free look at where deeper study could take you, if you want it to.
Is this for you?

- You’re curious about going deeper into Ayurveda and want to test the waters first
It’s not for you if…
- You’re looking for a diagnosis or treatment plan for a specific condition
- You want a practitioner qualification — five days teaches you to think, not to practice

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a certification?
No. This is introductory education in Ayurvedic thinking — not diagnosis, treatment, or practitioner training.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. It’s built for curious beginners. If you can show up with an open mind, you’re ready.
What if I have a specific health condition?
This teaches a way of thinking, not medical treatment. Persistent, severe, or concerning symptoms are pointed toward appropriate medical evaluation, not a home remedy.
What happens if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available to participants for 30 days after the course ends. You can also send questions in advance and catch up with the recording.
Is the fee refundable? Can I transfer my seat?
The fee is non-refundable. Your seat can be transferred to one other person — please intimate us within the first two days of the course in progress, along with the new participant’s details. Only one transfer is permitted per registration.
How do I pay?
The fee is €49 for everyone. You’ll pay securely online when you reserve your seat.
What time zone are the sessions in?
Sessions are scheduled around 7:00 PM IST, with a time zone converter shared before the cohort begins. Final timings are confirmed once dates are announced.
Is this live or recorded?
Both. Live attendance is recommended because the case discussions and Q&A are where a lot of the learning happens. But recordings are there if you need them.
How many people are in the cohort?
Limited to 20 participants. This keeps the sessions interactive and gives everyone room to ask real questions.
Will I get a certificate?
No. This is not a certification course. It’s an introduction to Ayurvedic reasoning.
When will the next cohort dates be announced?
Dates are still being finalised. Reserve your seat now and you’ll be the first to know once the cohort is scheduled.
Observe before you intervene. Understand before you optimise. And don’t collect more health information when what you really need is better reasoning.
